For the 2017-2018 school year, my 20 begindergarteners made Alphabet Monsters!
Each student was responsible for one letter of the alphabet. Their monster had to represent their given letter, and could only eat things that started with that letter!
For example, the A monster loved to munch on apples, alligators, and anchovies!
By using ChatterPix, we were able to make our monsters come to life! Each student used their scariest monster voice and introduced themselves as their monster. We learned our alphabet sounds and alphabet identification through this fun Makerspace!
